I am a certified leadership coach and consultant with nearly twenty years of experience leading in corporate and ministry contexts. I am guided by curiosity, integrity, and a deep commitment to thoughtful growth.

I believe leadership is rooted in purpose. When individuals understand their strengths, challenge the narratives that keep them stuck, and align their work with their values, they experience clarity, confidence, and meaningful impact.
Experience
My leadership background includes store and district management with Starbucks, where I led teams, developed emerging leaders, and helped execute organizational strategy at scale. Those years shaped how I understand leadership today.
I have experienced firsthand the tension leaders carry, balancing results and relationships, vision and execution, ambition and sustainability. That lived experience informs my coaching. I understand the complexity, the responsibility, and the quiet weight that often goes unseen.
